Healthy eating is a must, not only for your overall health, but also for your skin and hair. If you know that your skin renews itself every month and skin care products from the outside can be 30% effective, but your skin condition is 70% determined by nutrients that are transported to the cells through your blood, you will understand that it is best to occasionally could use a little extra support. It would be ideal if we get all the necessary nutrients for our health from fruit and vegetables and that certainly happens. Our skin is our largest organ, but the organs on the inside will be the first to benefit from the nutrients we take in. Our skin (and hair) is, so it gets what's left. That is why it can be wise to take extra nutrients in the form of supplements , for example.

Oolaboo's cosmetic supplements work at the dermis level and thus nourish the skin from within.
